Return and Refund Policy

1. No-Reason Returns

At All For Paws, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Returns Due to Product Defects

If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has serious defects that affect its functionality.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • The return shipping cost for defective products will be covered by All For Paws.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Products that show signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

4. Return Process

  2. Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include any accessories, documentation, and the original receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For no-reason returns within 14 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to product defects within 30 days, All For Paws will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Final Interpretation Rights

All For Paws reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
