I normally do not write reviews unless a product is really good or really bad.I have a dog that thinks chasing balls is the only thing in life and unfortunately she has a mom that has anchor pins in both shoulders.We've been using this ball launcher for little over a year. It goes through about 32 dirty balls, 3 times a day and has held up amazingly. It is even full of dirt and still keeps on working, it looks like R2D2 went thru a battle. ??I recently bought a second one as a back up because I can't believe this poor thing hasn't given up yet.I rotate the balls because my dog brings them back wet and muddy, then they won't launch as far, so I knock some dirt off of a dry one and launch it.I would highly recommend this for active dogs.

The ball thrower is wonderful. Our boys love it.Even better is the company that makes it. I'm not sure who is in charge of customer service, but they are amazing. I contacted them a year after I purchased the product because we had lost the power cord. I had intended to purchase a new cord, however it was unavailable. The kind person who i messaged sent us a new power cord at no cost! I was shocked! It arrived 4 days later, and our puppies are happy as can be. I highly recommend this product and company!

My dog loves this, but after only 7 months its start to die more frequently while being used a little less. I also have little bits of toys stuck inside that I havent figured out how to get out, maybe the 2 things are connect. Wish I would have purchased a cheaper one while teaching him how to use it. Will purchase another one eventually to save my shoulder lol.

It took a lot of tries to get our gsd puppy to figure out how to drop the ball in herself, but she loves it! Be warned, it launches the ball. First one went over our 16 foot high metal shop! Tennis balls help lower the launch distance because they are heavier. Wish we'd bought one sooner.

Bought this for our three dogs to play with in the winter as Houston is typically cold and rainy and limits outside play, this will be our new winter indoor activity. We are still in the learning process of putting the ball back in the launcher, we have only played with it a handful of times at most and they retrieve the balls back to the launcher but haven‘t consistently put it back IN the launcher when there is a human at the launcher to do it for them. As we play with it more I know they will catch the concept along with the balls. Love that the product has three launching distances, indoor I’m using the short distance. Having 6 balls is also great, right now they are launching and rolling under the Christmas tree and my newly tri-pod dog cannot go under to get them. The ball launcher is super easy to use, I didn‘t even have to look at the instructions. The design is nice and it is built very well. This launcher was a bit pricier than others but it had the best reviews. I used Amazon coupons, rewards and a gift cards and got it for zero dollars. Overall, I‘m very happy with this product and the dogs have allot of fun with it and get excited when I bring it out. I have not had any problems with this product, the only slight thing to mention is that once about every 10 or more balls the launcher throws the next ball up will just sit, a little nudge from me or a dog will get that ball launching again. I have nudgers so this isn’t going to be a thing. We love this product and give it 10 of 10 stars. Should something happen I would buy this launcher all over again. May even consider as a gift for a family member with 7 dogs.

Mine still hasn‘t understood this concept but loves it all the same. Can be plugged in or run on batteries . The very small orange chuck it balls also work

As many Papillon parents know, they are part cat lol.So our MonAmi LOVES chasing the balls that are propelled from this machine. He is wicked smart so we are trying to teach him how to retrieve the ball & drop it back in the machine by himself. He’s beginning to catch on.Great way to tire out an energetic dog!I like that it has 3 modes so projection distance can be controlled.

My dogs would bring me balls to throw all day long. Like seriously. They would drop them at my feet and bark at me until I threw it... over and over and over again. I decided that enough was enough. I was getting them an auto ball launcher to save my sanity. After reading reviews, I settled on this one. Not too expensive, but seemed to be good for indoors. I am happy with this product. So simple to set up and use. Its really not all that loud like some people mentioned in the comments.As a side note, this product does come with regular tennis balls. BUT, if your dog eats the fuzzies off of regular tennis balls like mine do, I would recommend also purchasing the CRAFTS CENTRAL 6 PCS LATEX BALLS 2IN. They fit perfectly in this machine. They do not get stuck and because they are light in weight, they fly pretty far lol. Also, I find these to be much better than the regular ones if you are using the launcher indoors. Since these are not as heavy or as hard as regular tennis balls, I imagine they would break less things.
